Haider Construction is a licensed, bonded and insured contractor in the State of Washington. Owner and President Ron Haider has over 30 years experience in the roofing and construction business.
Born and raised in Seattle, Ron (with his wife Maureen), have worked hard to build a company that is built on a commitment to the customer. A graduate of the University of Washington, Ron started his own business shortly out of college.
Our company offices are located in Mountlake Terrace, Washington and we serve all areas of King and Snohomish County.
David began working for Haider Construction in 2013 as a lead carpenter and was promoted to Remodeling Sales Manager in 2018. David’s approach is to spend considerable time at the front end of the job to avoid delays later. He takes considerable time with customers to explain viable alternatives for a project. He excels at making sure that timelines are reasonable and processes are efficient.
Cipriano has also worked for Haider Construction over many years, and is responsible for all of our Roofing projects in production. After a roofing contract has been signed, Cipriano is the point of contact for the scheduling, ordering of materials and execution of all of our roofing projects. Cipriano reviews each job upon completion to make sure that all facets of the job are finalized and to ensure your satisfaction with the completed roof. Cipriano and his wife have two children, and their family loves camping.
Paul Lehman, our Roofing Sales Manager, has over 35 years of experience in the industry. Paul possesses encyclopedic knowledge of roofing installation practices, and product options. He provides our customers with excellent sales service, from a detailed bidding process, and the necessary time to answer your questions on the many options and technical descriptions that come with buying a roof. Paul’s expertise and knowledge about roofs is highly valued.
