Owner and President Ron Haider has over twenty years experience in the roofing and construction business. Ron meets with all customers initially, and will discuss with you the particular requirements for your roofing or remodeling job. After the initial meeting, Ron will present a bid and a contract for you to review after explaining all product options and job site considerations. The Haider Construction team includes Ralph Heide, our project manager, who oversees our on-going projects. Ralph makes sure that projects are progressing according to schedule, that quality and craftsmanship are maintained, and that all the details of your project are covered from start to finish. Gary Fahey, who operated Shoreline Roofing for over 30 years before joining our company in 2002, brings us a great deal of knowledge in everything from difficult repairs to specialized rubber roofing products. The Roofing Bid Process: Haider Construction bids on a project only after we have had a chance to visit your site and meet with you personally. Unlike some roofing companies that may present you with a "drive by" bid, we insist on precisely measuring the job, and then meeting with you face to face to discuss your needs and expectations for the project. Haider Construction aims to present our customers with a thorough evaluation of the roofing and/or construction requirements of their particular project. We take that initial bid meeting as our opportunity to educate you about your roofing choices, and the many products and colors that are available. About Our Crews: Some roofing companies subcontract out their labor but Haider Construction’s roofing crews are our employees. We are proud to mention that the same crews have worked for us for many years and bring their own pride in workmanship to your job. A directly employed crew guarantees a far more reliable service to our customers. All of our employees are required to undergo safety training , and through the Certainteed Select Shingle Roofing program have received additional training and passed examinations that qualify them for this certification. They share in our expectations for excellent customer service. Payment: Haider Construction does not require substantial down payments before your roofing project even begins. Rather, we collect at the end of your project when we’ve met or exceeded your expectations. A Word About Price - Haider Construction is not a "lowest bidder" roofing company. Too often in this industry, we meet roofers who low ball their pricing only to have their companies fail. Price in important but should never be used as the only factor in making your decision.
